This feature allows you to create a list of templates configured to be sent via email or sms automatically upon payments being overdue.
Within Settings > Payment Settings, you can configure the following:
Turn on to configure:
Select Configure reminders
Within this screen you can set a number of reminders.
Select + Add late payment reminder
Reminder Editor
With the editor you have the following fields available:
Units & Period type - The reminder is sent based on the number of (units and period) after the due payment date.
For example, 1 week after due payment would look like this:
Action - You can send as an Email or SMS
Edit Template - Use the template editor to build your template email or sms
Enabled - This will turn this reminder on, and every day landmax.pro will check any overdue payments and send the reminder out.
