Email Template Editor
Recipient
Is a drop down field, allowing you to default the recipient to a generic contact {{contact}} or focus the email only to pick up {{landlord}} if you using the Tenancy Data source.
The available recipients will appear automatically in the drop down dependant on data-source.
Email subject template
Fields can be added to either of these, by simply clicking the mouse cursor on the location you want the field to merge. Or just simple type the subject required.
Email message template
The main body of your email. Enter a mixture of text, fields, format, add links and images via URL.
