Appointments entered outside the calendar
It is useful to understand that appointments entered throughout your account. Will automatically appear with the calendar.
For example:
When reporting a maintenance issue at the same time you can add a due date. By adding this date, it will display in the diary linking this record to the appointment.
And because of the integration within landmax.pro – by clicking on the appointment within the Calendar, it will open the maintenance issue.

Contractor Job – Start and End Date
Tenancy – Start and Date
From Prospect, Viewing List – Create New Viewing Appointment
