Maintenance Issue Description
The description can be brief or detailed and formatted. Just select the pencil mark to edit the description.
Attached Photos
Attach photos from your files or from your tenant reported issues.

Contractor Jobs
Assign one or many contractors to a maintenance issue. Each with their separate instruction.

Maintenance Statuses
The maintenance side bar is made up of statuses for a maintenance issue.
To quick edit a the progression status, select Actions > Mark Issue As
To edit the remaining statuses, select Actions > Edit details
