Proposal Details Window
The proposal is created from content provided from the property. This creates the basis of your advert. This will allow you to advertise quicker, rather than build the advert. With this in mind the advertising proposal, has many useful tools to perfect the advert and even promote.
Edit the proposal information:
Select Actions, Edit proposal details
Override descriptions for this proposal:
The original descriptions, key features are copied from the property. Allowing you to update many proposals at once. Further you are able to make each description specific for per proposal by overriding descriptions for this proposal.

Proposal Photos
Within the proposal you can select by ticking photos that you want included within the advert.
Did you know about this smart feature: That you can assign photos to rooms, and if the proposal is based on that room, that particular assigned photo becomes the primary advert photo. Find out more.
