Track progression and the related contacts for the sale transaction. Purchasers, Vendor, Solicitors for both parties.
From the desktop - select Sales to open up the Sales List.
Select + New Sale
A create new offer screen will open
The reference will pre-generate, but you can override this.
Search for property that has had an offer by typing in the address:
Once done, click Save sale offer, this will create a sale under offer, ready to start the conveyancing process.
