Upon creating a Tenancy, you can edit further, adding the Tenant Details, Tenancy Settings, Comments, Paperwork and communications.

Add, remove, replace individual tenants for a tenancy. Add individual rent and deposit due amounts, that total up on the tenancy.
Tenancy settings
Tenancy settings define the rent and charges rules that will triggered based on certain periods, dates and actions related to a tenancy.
Upcoming payments
The list of future payments created based on the tenancy settings screen.
Deposit details
The deposit specified on the tenant upon creation, is created due in the deposit screen.
Changes history
See log of any change with the tenancy file. Logging general actions, date stamped.
