To create a Tenancy, under the property management title, select tenancies tab.

The Tenancies List will open up, select + New Tenancy button

Within Landmax.pro, you can create a Tenancy in parts or go-through the whole process, this allows the User freedom to create their own processes involved to match.

Reference – Automatically populated with the next integer, this can be overwritten if required.

Property – Start entering a property address, smart search will pick up from the lettings database. If it is a new property, just select the + symbol, and create a new letting.

Start Date – enter the start date of the tenancy you are creating

Select Duration to automatically calculate end date or Select End Date to edit end date manually.

Select Create New Tenancy
