Downloading an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
Free as part of our premium packages you can access the national catalogue of previously carried out EPCs. In one-click - just pick from available addresses and confirm download.
Note: If address not present, it may mean that no EPC has been carried out or not added to the available database.
Creating an EPC Chart for documents
Create a EPC Chart. Set the readings and click generate. This will create a .jpg file for any future template documents that includes these fields.
Uploading your own EPC copy
