This can occur due to an extension in your chrome browser.
Known Extensions that cause issues:
- Kaspersky Extension
This appears to an issue with your Kaspersky extension. You will need to disable it from your Chrome Browser:

Once done refresh your browser and try again to print a tenancy agreement.
If you use the short cut application, you made need to re-install this. Also check that Kaspersky does not re-activate the extension when you restart your PC.
