With our import data tool, you can import your data from your existing software system, from marketing lists, in fact any CSV file, that match the fields within landmax.pro
To do this -
(Admin Users only)
1. Open Settings on the desktop
2. Open Data Import from within the Settings screen
3. Select Upload a CSV File
4. Select the data Schema type. The schema is the set of data that you wish to import.
In this example we will be uploading over 1400 contacts to the landlord section of our landmax.pro account.
Once selection made, select Upload a file
This will open a file browser. Select the file ending in .CSV and select open
The file will upload and display, ready to match fields.
Notice the white line before all the fields.
5. Mapping fields
Select the first white box, to show a drop down of available field to match against dataset.
Select fields that best match each dataset. For fields that do not present a match, either select no mapping or other details
6. Once the data has been mapped. Select Import Data
Once the data is successfully imported, you can check instantly the updated data. In this example, Landlords:
