Window Displays
To generate a window display for a single property.
Select Advertising
This will open up your advertising panel.
For letting proposals select To Let (To bring up available letting properties) or Letting Proposals (to bring up entire letting properties list)
This will open the list view of all the advertising proposals.
Select a particular Proposal and notice how a Do with selected button appears
Select the Do with selected > Paperwork drop down - Select Generate poster for proposal
This will open a list of available poster templates.
Select one of the templates and a Next button will appear.
Select Next to run the template
This screen will show you the edit preview. You can add extra text content in this preview. Just select within the body of the content and type.
(note edit preview will not display the same as print preview)
You can select Print Preview for printing or Save to files, to store this document in your cloud storage.
To see how the pagination will work or would like to print the document. Select Print Preview
Property Lists
To generate a property list for multiple properties.
Select Advertising Proposals
This will open up your advertising panel.
For letting proposals select To Let (To bring up available letting properties) or Letting Proposals (to bring up entire letting properties list)
This will open the list view of all the advertising proposals.
This time, select a number of properties. Again the paperwork will come up, but the difference being is that the button now knows that you have selected a list, and presents you with list type templates.
Select Do with selected button
Select a Paperwork > Generate poster with proposals list
In the next screen. Select the List that suits
Select Next to generate the template:
Select Print preview to print or Save to file to store in your cloud storage.
