What is the Communication Button?
The communication button is accessible from most windows, and allows you to create sms or emails based on that data within that window.
The communication button is dynamic, displaying email and sms template options based on the source and the purpose. For example a Contact with a Landlord profile, will enable Contact Datasource and Landlord Datasource templates.
It also works differently for single records and lists.
