Property Address & Proposal fields
(Displayed on portals)
To display an address correctly for majority of property portals. Some simple habits are needed to add the address correctly.
Note the street number is automatically hidden from majority portals, but that depends on where you place the street number.
Basic Rule:
If Line 1 and Line 2 are filled, then it will be assumed street number is in line 2. Therefore the street number with be striped from line 2.
If Line 1 is filled but Line 2 is blank, then it will be assumed street number is in line 1. Therefore the street number with be striped from line 1.

Dwelling with just street address

For example
Line 1: 3 Rhymney Street

Line 1: Rhymney St (show on portals) remove number and remaining string stays

For a Flat within a dwelling
Line 1: Flat Number & Flat Name

Advertising Title on Portals
Some portals allow you to add a title. This title can be edited to display any information that you think is relevant.
For example on Zoopla:
These are created by default every time you create an advertising proposal.
These can be changed to suit your business. To do this, open an advertising proposal, and select edit proposal details
On the edit proposal screen - replace the default title of your chosen proposal
